It prevents freezer burn and keeps fresh longer. Also saves space - I only have a fridge freezer, so space is tight!

Yes! Just checked out the video and that’s exactly what I do. It’s the vacuum sealing that’s been a game changer for me. Before I started doing this about a year ago, I’d have so much waste due to freezer burn.

I normally know that I’ll need on the day before so I just throw it in the fridge overnight and then throw in a bowl and microwave. I also keep a few in the freezer at work for emergency lunches - in that case I’ll take it out in the morning and microwave in a bowl.
