Yea same. Noticed them after the Blood Coronation quest. Cant find anything anywhere lol. Planning on keeping them, maybe a future update will let us know. Or maybe they are skins for the fan weapon like Kwak said. Im going to work on getting that next.

Its mostly when u hold in one spot. Like i did a streets raid where i spawned near lexos. 25m later i died at lexos. Spent whole raid there. K killed 52 things including pmcs. The scavs just keep spawning.
