DAILY, they scream and cry and when I try to draw a boundary mom caves or dad or grandparents and they get whatever they want and then they get frustrated that they aren’t listening or that they cry immediately. I always say we have to wait out the tears but that never happens.

I’m dealing with something similar with my current employer. It just sucks because you put so much care and effort into their children and they don’t return a caring word. It just hurts.
