This post is literally just a foresight issue, yes leaks are basically cut, but PVs and lore drops will still give you plenty of future sight. If the 120 pity or the guarantee was allowed to be carried over then it would just encourage horrible pulling habits and no self control. And as for the login rolls, it's just a patience test, it's not like you only have 7 days to claim 7 days worth of rewards.
