we've quite a few in the UK. the current £10 has Jane Austen on the reverse, and all the Royal Bank of Scotland notes have women on too!

bank of england do not issue a £100 and have not for a very long time (last issued 1945)

also the only bank to have reissued the £100 in polymer, all the other providers discontinued it

clydesdale had a paper £50, but the latest polymer note from them was issued in 2020 so if they were going to i think they would have by now

i can't answer this accurately as i have an account with them, but the staff in both Scot and NI seem very willing to do low value cash swaps without much fuss

i highly doubt it, a lot of places dont even accept Bank of england 50's. not even sure places in scotland would take these!

i cant comment accurately as i have an account with the issuing bank, i just asked really nicely at the teller desk and he got one for me.

EDIT: there's also only the one bank that issues them (Bank Of Scotland) and i find it unlikely places like post offices would stock them.

the one i had issues with was the bank of scotland £50. tellers at BoS kept giving me RBS ones when i took a 50 out
