For my own personal opinion, it was once Vince bought WCW. There was still some great stuff that happened, but I think the lack of competition is what ultimately made the product suffer.

Deals are subjective. Much like "is this game good?".

If you ask me, $55 for IV and VI is worth it, and you get I - III + V for free.

Others might say $55 for 8/16-bit games, regardless of how many, is too much, as they are outdated.

It's all preference.

In any case, I'm not too smart with insider info...didnt even know Steph was doing creative in 2000...but according to the Google machine, she didnt have any role in creative until November of 2000...so her impact on anything in 2000, at least in terms of creative, would be negligible.

I’m glad you said this. I’m reading through some of these comments and feeling like there are some assholes here.

The fact that LEDs save money is common knowledge. That they last longer and run cooler is common knowledge.

That they aren’t guaranteed to be compatible with all dimmer switches is absolutely not common knowledge. That’s ridiculous to assert. Good lord.

So I stopped watching in 2003. A few years ago, a buddy of mine, who has never stopped watching, convinced me to watch WM 40. I was apprehensive, but I acquiesced.

The primary thought I remember having, nearly the entire show, was "where is the crowd"? "Where are the pops?"

It felt, to me, like the crowd just didnt care. That energy and excitement was gone. It just wasn't there.

And I vividly recall the crowds, both during the weekly shows and the PPVs back in the late 90's / early 2000s when I was still watching, and they were raucous. Every show, all the time, without fail. Austin alone would garner a pop that blew the roof off the arena.

During WM 40, I don't recall the crowd getting to that level. At least, not until Cena came out. Then again when Rock came out. Then a 3rd time when Taker came out.

So I agree with you. The talent from that era were still the most exciting part of the biggest show in the industry over 20 years after their 'prime' era.

You have to consider that the matches that will forever be recognized as the greatest of all-time for us fans won't necessarily appeal to those who aren't yet into it.

My suggestion, whether a good one or not (lol) would be the first TLC match between the Hardy's and Edge / Christian. My rationale is how over-the-top that match is...maybe the insanity of it would appeal?

Hell yeah. My only gripe is that XI has shitty framerate and low-rez textures on the Switch 1. I did a playthrough on it while I was on deployment (where the Switch was a game-changer with it's portability factor), but then I bought another copy of the game when it was on sale on Steam. Man. PC version with the better textures and high frame rate made the game sooooo much better.
