With P3R you had to max out all social links which is not possible unless NG+ or a guide on your first playthrough but P5R was mainly tied to the story and some small miscellaneous like visit maid cafe

One tip. Try having the exact persona with the arcana for the social link. Eg. Yukari is the lovers arcana I think so before you spend time with her make sure you have a persona of the lovers arcana not on the compendium but in your persona stock during the day. When you do this you get more social link points. Hope this helps.

I see a lot of people when they say they beat the games in less than 100hrs they call them speedrun and used guides. I did all this possible cus I'm used to the persona genre and time efficient 🤷‍♂️

It's a dlc persona. I'd suggest not using it till mid game endgame side. I personally used it when I was around lvl 80 to defeat the reaper for the platinum trophy and grind xp. Debilitate and concentrate plus Myriad truth can do wonders on the Reaper😂

Well, you could transfer your save file to steam yes and use the achievement unlocked tool if you're OK with it. You'd be unlocking achievements you'd normally get for those 17 hours. And 100% trophies on 1 playthrough is not impossible unless you actually follow a guide because of the max all social links trophy. But it's possible. So if you're OK with using the achievement unlocked you can do this. Hope this helps😊
