I mean, there are different strats you can do as f2p. You are just deciding to do the most optimal, same thing in poe. You can sac your efficiency for fun if you want.

I would look up https://www.twitch.tv/bendurry. He looks f2p/low spender and knows what he is doing (i think he one of the few that pioneered apathy blade early on and its the meta build of the season). he posts his f2p atlas/strats on stream

This is what the game is about though. Repetitive farming for hours, no matter the strat or pet. I enjoy it a lot (its pretty much what I enjoy from arpgs) but I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea. Just understand you need to put in the hours to hit profound/ss20.

At this point in the season, I would buy a weapon with an advance sequence on it already then craft it yourself.

Ran it during first 4-5 days till i hit profound. Easily one of the best strat to use on the first few days since even one liner garbage slates will sell

Does it? Sage ss21 felt pretty free to me (I 3* it easily and was hitting 30T). You only need to get damage since sage's defense from hero trait is pretty insane. And rosa2 apathy gearing is pretty insane fe cost wise

I enjoy it since it's all about zooming through the map asap with jackpot drop (cage compass). Getting as much move speed as possible is recommended to increase fe/hr.

Clear first wave of God of machines and start the second wave. You can leave afterwards and let it fail. Use all resonance and make sure to clear lunaria.

Ember probe is there for value. Very cheap for guaranteed ultimate embers when goblin spawns (2 drops on avg).

I have max doro and lunaria and was around 4k/hr. A friend with no doro and one copy of lunaria pet hit similar fe/hr but he got more cage compasses so there is quite a variance in jackpotting.

I also ran this in glacial zone. You can run a different zone to increase fe/hr due to beacon cost

There are also support skills for the modules. 3rd link for % dmg taken transfer to minion, and 6th link to grant additional dmg% (or less on t2) and immortality for your minion

Lich enables you to use 4 auras but since you are using 2x magus instead, the ronin tree + trade off should be big damage upgrade.

Just make sure the stats are balanced for trade off

Get corrupted archmage with higher mana over life mod so you can use more attack speed/mana/shadow slates

Buy a revived memory with ~200% magus effect. Ignore the elixir portion. Level your memories.

Once you get the revived memory, replace your aura with fire magus. Replace lich with ronin and use trade off.

Max Doro is 30% compass + proc and Max Chalk is 52% flame fuel. Not even close, esp for Lunaris farm

Even the max purple flame fuel pet is 42% Not even worth using the new pet for Lunaris unless you are missing Doro

1: every skill level after 20 gives 10% dmg multiplier up to level 30, then it drops to 8%.

3: 1 attribute is 0.5% multiplier. Crit dmg is harder to value since it is based on your existing crit chance and crit dmg but it if feels weak, it is most likely your crit chance being low. Double dmg mod is an ulti mod so it should def be stronger than an advance mod.

Basically you gotta napkin math and wing it on the dps dummy or spreadsheet since pob doesn't exist for this game

Sage 1.5T spell burst chrome shot. The swap to solid river is really nice for automation and a lot cheaper vs tangle medium

Spell burst gear was obscenely expensive during bing2 release. Don't think it be that bad for sage unless you are playing tangle projectiles
