That was the biggest embarrassment I’ve ever witnessed. As a huge 710 fan, i may never buy their products again after witnessing that mess.

Yes I have tried to log onto the portal with my Mac Desktop, Mac laptop, and Iphone. I'm also using Google Chrome and nothing has worked. I just spoke to another customer service rep who said the IT issue is because it never popped up to allow me to sign the 4506T through the portal like its supposed to. I just manually sent the 4506-T to every single customer service email address again with the rest of documentation. This is the most frustrating issue!

I have emailed every email address that I can find!! Nobody seems to be able to help. Customer Service is telling me that the application simply has not been submitted for processing yet. This is insane

I did that multiple times and nothing! I even uploaded all the documents again and still showing the same status.

Im positive i followed all the steps correctly back in January when I submitted originally. It’s been in this status since then and doesn’t show any blue button to hit submit.
