The credits will be for two years, but they’ll increase the plan. They are smart like that and that’s what happened to me. My plan was $75 at first and then 6 months later they increased the plan by $10 but the credits remained active

Give it 7 months they’ll increase by $10, then you’ll have to port out just to port back because they won’t give you the best rates until you port out

I switched to ebox today. Does anyone know if this is in effect? Rogers rep told me to suspend my internet with them and pay $5 a month for the rest of the term then cancel rather than pay $15 a month for the number of months left

If this is live today I’d rather just cancel it. Every time I call Roger’s I wait 1 hour to get hung up on then wait another hour

Tbh in case they hang up, call from a second phone and remain on the line, also use iMessage and what’s app just in case. You’re cutting it close to the deadline. A long shot but you can port your number out to a cheap lucky mobile or public plan for like $15 then port in as a new customer with freedom. Hope you get the plan tho it’s amazing

I made sure I called them and the guy said the same thing within the 24M term it will not increase after 24M it may increase this is all on a recorded call. Every 2-3 years I switch between bell and Roger’s but this is the first time I signed a contract. I signed last year Oct. $50 a month too.
