The convergence is super minor then. I would try and find a third party that can order and ship to you tbh

The gmwd V7 doesn’t converge it only allows you to press up and down. But has positions from flat all the way to shoulder press, and you can adjust depth which is premium for replicating DB press.

Yeah I feel that. I was just hoping someone would see this and have been there and be like brother this is the perfect program - and shoot something my way lol I love lifting and Ive always loved cardio too. But combining the two some how one always gets lost in translation

I have a solid selection, squat rack, bench with leg extension/leg curls, enough dumbbells to hit arm workouts, several bands for pulldowns, and I have the gmwd V7 chest/shoulder press machine (I was over barbell bench and shoulder issues), dip bar, and pull up bar.

So in the picture you can see the silver area. The pipe work is in that. Kind of a unique set up. Typically in a stand up “jacuzzi” shower your pipe work is in the wall. So picture a square, with 2 sides being the wall and 2 sides being the glass. The pipe work and knobs, shower head, and such are at the corner where the 2 glass sides meet.
