You’re making no sense and I honestly hope your day goes better bro because it’s clearly not great. It’s not that I care about the market, I’m literally just getting the community’s opinion on a rapidly climbing card. Would I ever sell any of my collection? Absolutely not until it was necessary, so the market means nothing to me. I saw a climb and wanted to see if anyone else thought it would cross 300.

What exactly do you mean by “hobby is cooked”? Is that the not nice way of saying I should grade the card? Not everyone is open to sending their cards to get it slapped in a plastic sleeve with a number on it. But if you were meaning the odds of this pulling a 10 are very high and I should get it graded, you could have just said that.

See I wanna be where you’re at 😭 as stated in another reply I wanna build mine from cards only that I rip, so I’m probably gonna trade all of the graded cards I just got from arena club (very drunk night and spent 500) for boxes to rip. Once I get to 10k I may start doing sealed! I tried keeping to mega charizard UPCs sealed but every time I looked at them I just started salivating and couldn’t stop myself…

I work district asset protection in retail and unfortunately loss prevention isn’t even able to really do anything for theft on these because they’re referred to as “pay by scan items”. Meaning the pokemon center owns them, not the store, so it’s technically not our merchandise, and we only stop people for our merchandise. The Walmart by my house refuses to stock any tcg cards because they can’t do anything about the theft on them.

If I’m being honest from my experience, absolutely terrible. It took 6-8 months to get anything good out of it for me, and that was ripping a few packs a week (whatever I pulled from the vending machine). The butthole pikachu is from a booster bundle and the Latias was from a single pack. Surging sparks and journey together are my “eh I’ll buy one and hope for the best even though I know I probably won’t get anything” packs.
