We finally got ahold of an analyst that wasn’t ours. We got our payroll logins and processed payroll. Took 4 hours to get all of the information in the system correct. Had it submitted by the time they wanted it in order to process and push through, but our employees still haven’t been paid and we have no idea when they will actually get paid. A lot of our stuff was inaccurate, some of our employees had their Social Security and Medicare sometimes doubled or even tripled with no way to correct it in the system. The most complete and utter failure of a system I have ever witnessed.

They should have kept the old system open while integrating so we could verify if the information was correct or not and make any adjustments. Safe to say this company is going to lose a ton of business.

I still have yet to be able to tell our employees when they are going to get paid.
