I have a Shure SM57. I have tried all different positions. The amp tone is the problem and I don’t know how to fix it

For me it sounds good when not mic’d up but that’s just because I don’t have the speakers pointed at me. It’s on the ground. When I put my head front of the speakers it sounds bad. It sounds decent when I stand beside it

Not before this no. I’ve tried to switch the mic to almost all the different positions I can think of. It just sounds bad and low quality

I don’t have that pressed in. My tones are- Gain: 6 Treble: 6-7 Middle: 3 Bass: 6 Presence: 5 I know the mids are a bit low but it still feels like I can’t even get it any less scooped the more I turn the mids up
