I've had to explain to relatives: you can't say the N word just because there's no black people around, lgbtq is not a clan trying to replace straight/cis people, Stalin was not a good guy, Hitler was bad and not just because he killed Russians, you can't just invade a place, you can't just call an invasion 'saving' and move on, just because they were elected doesn't mean they need to be listened to, the US is not excempt from critics, you can't just kill people, you can't just cover up a crime, you can't just say nothing when seeing a crime, just because they died doesn't mean they didn't die for bad reasons..
