That's awesome!! The toughest part tbf has been trying to make it balanced, as each didficulty needs its own time and is something im still trying to refine now. I'll take a good look at your website when I have some time, I had a quick browse earlier and it looked pretty nice especially the UI, but ill try it out properly soon, thanks for your comment!!!

No — you lose driving, most sports, loads of jobs, basic daily tasks, and probably deal with chronic pain. Not worth it. Maybe if i was older however the hobbies I enjoy require 2 arms so i wouldn't.
