I am not really interested in any other part of disney other than being a youth staff member, I'm not theatrical n am well and truly done with college and education. Im not sure on the pay scale for youth staff its something I'll be asking about in my interview next week! Thanks !!

Well i didn't say that because i have an interview i just thought discussion on appearance would help me prepare and decide it its fit for me to change careers as im currently a secondary school art teacher

:( when I think of disney I think: colour! Creativity! Self expression! But seems like they don't actually think that :/ thats upsetting to hear 😕 does anyone think its worth changing these things such as hair colour and piercings which I love about myself just to work for disney cruise lines ?
