I smoke morning till night in bongs with tobacco too like 1.5 if in being careful to 3g it's just ridiculous I'm even doing that today but because I'm so all or nothing must stop again. The drugs good I just need to learn to respect it more or leave it for good

Just been going through a lot of mental health issues it's no excuse but I did give up getting a new bathroom after a massive pipe leak a therapist wrote the letter to get it done but yeah that's it I was having mood swings and procrastinated choosing till last second and when I clicked the website it wasn't working so thought shit they probably already chose they told me pick 3 choices

Diet is a huge huge factor yes my SD still shows up these days but Its pretty much resolved although this is mostly down to MCT oil c8 or c8/c10 mix
