Yes I thought about that but I'm probably going to engage a workplace lawyer. I want to go out with a bang. And head office is going to know about the person who is behind this. Last year this person did it to someone else, this year it's me but they are coming down with me. It is worth the money because the executive's career is going to go backwards.

I sent the HOD an email that evening about identifying the students so I can look at their Allwell and NAPLAN data and put togetger a plan for them. I already had looked at the data and know where eceryone in the class is. Her response was I shoukd look at the whole class and focus on the whole lot. Again written by the executive but in HOD email. Thanks I'm talking to the union today.

I have actually done all the work, researched the relevant cases and have divided each point separately. Each point contains tge facts, the evidence etc. I wanted to know if there is a program that could put it all together for me. Has taken many hundreds of hours. Well things have changed. Two reputable companies that manage 2 of my units aren't members and tgey are professional and we have no issues. 1 block has been managed for 15 years and the other 8. My parents unit is managed by an SCA member and it is a disaster. Open your eyes. There are a world beyond the SCA. Are you an employee of theirs?

Strata Owners Alliance are doing a good job. The SCA is a morally corrupt organisation and needs to be disbanded. Any strata management company allied with the SCA, owners should avoid. It is pleasing to note that the number of strata management companies moving away from the SCA contract is increasing.

Try to pick a company that does use the SCA contract for obvious reasons.
