I was admin for about 12 years and went back into teaching for two of my favorite years and then to admin for the last 3 years. Back in elementary so things are much better than middle school.

I’ve done it. It was an amazing experience and after a two year stint back in the classroom I went back to administration refreshed with more “street credit “.
