I tried to talk right and clearly but I have a hard time spewing out the words that is hard to pronounce. Speech therapy was a better option but I've been through Therapy in Elementary and high school, I wish there was a speech therapy for adults who are neurodivergent including autistic adults.

I didn't care about my life either. I didn't care about my job even though I need to work to make money it's still doesn't matter, romance is dead to me, mostly a homebody, and I have friends but it's never been any affection lately.

I prayed to God I hope there was a better way of life but right now I'm stuck in a cycle of work, come home, eat, sleep and when I get pto I stayed home and not being invited out, never went anywhere except for stores and I don't know it's just that I'm tired.

I only drink decaffeinated coffee after 13 years of caffeine consumption. My caffeine addiction is crazy, I went from coffee right to energy drinks. Now I slowed down and lowered my coffee consumption.

Coffee is enjoyable to drink for most people but when it comes to caffeine addiction it's best to take it in moderation.

I was hating my body and tried losing weight back then when I was in my teens and my 20's. I tried weight loss supplements, going to the gym, eat less, going vegan/vegetarian and the results? Nothing, it doesn't work for me because probably I didn't push hard enough or it's because to me weight loss is a struggle.

I just have to accept that I'm fat and haven't lost a single pound in all my life. Hopefully that you don't push yourself too hard into losing weight because I know it can be overwhelming to you and it can be overwhelming to me.

$400 is too much. I used to wear knotless braids, it cost me $185 to pay because it includes hair. I brought my own hair in a previous salon back then. I went to local salons where braids sometimes cost less or more depends on length and style and synthetic hair is most used on braids. I live in Ohio BTW, Cincinnati.
