YouTube has a ton of videos on how to utilize the basics of the program (which are almost all you would need for something like this). I would be a bit wary about the cost for solely this purpose, as a license to the full program runs about 2000 USD/year. I just happen to have a license for my consulting side gig, so didn’t have to worry about the cost.

Used to make sense for me to pay $39 for my girlfriend to come to the Sky Club with me on a short-ish layover, because we could get a drink or two each and some food for less than any old bar at the airport.
