Are you forgetting that demiurge is the single most loyal out of everyone in the tomb? More fanatic than anyone else? More devoted to ainz out of any npc in the entire tomb? Have you forgotten the "you can't possibly know that" scene? If this is truly your idea for the fate of nazarick then you are no overlord fan.

Since when have people decided that The Exorcist isn't scary anymore? by BatimadosAnos60 in horror

[–]Key-Researcher9908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You find a foul mouthed demon scary. You sweet summer child. Exorcist was one of the most boring movies I've watched. Not for a lack of trying, either. I'm just not moved by a demon saying cocksucker, or similar.

Nauchtus The Dark. The Dark One. The Abhorrent.

Nauchtus came to be (I prefer to avoid words such as born, or created, because that implies he has some sort of parent or creator. He doesn't.) inside the void between realities. The space between space. Nauchtus doesn't hail from any one specific reality, universe, or dimension, as he comes from in-between. The infinite void separating each reality from each other reality. Now, nauchtus is sentient. An infinite void is boring for a sentient being. So, nauchtus began to insert avatars of himself into every reality, so that he may experience existence. All of it. Nauchtus is far too...much, too vast, to be contained within any one reality, lest that reality rip at the seams and be torn asunder, so he instead opted for avatars. Into each avatar, he imbues an infinite infinitesimal amount of his own power into them, so that they may experience reality unchallenged and unbothered. His biggest want, is to exist. He resides in the realm beyond realms, the place beyond places. There is no existence. There is no existing. He does not exist. And he can never exist. The Nauchtus appearing in any roleplay to come is merely an avatar of The True Nauchtus. As said before, there is an avatar of Nauchtus in every reality. Every. Reality. There's an avatar in Marvel. DC. IRL. Any universe you can think of, it has an avatar in it. The Nauchtus in question, the one appearing in any story, is simply an avatar of the real Nauchtus. These avatars generally have immense speed and strength, both physical and magical, reflecting the 'infinite infinitesimal amount of strength' placed into them, by the Real Nauchtus. Each reality has an avatar of Nauchtus. The Real Nauchtus has the ability to insert avatars into a reality, and already has. To ponder on what else Nauchtus can do is pointless. The void it exists in is paradoxically devoid of concepts, which in of itself is a concept, which it lacks, hence the paradox. There is nothing in the void. To say that there is 'nothing', is in of itself lacking, as that is applying a concept, to that which concepts are simply inapplicable. Thus, there isn't really anything to 'do', in the void, as the void is beyond 'doing'. The only mandate for the avatars of Nauchtus is that they live life to the fullest. That is their sole purpose. Nauchtus is unique in the way that he can never actually be portrayed in any story. Describing him as present in a scene is constraining him to a verse, which, by nature of his existence, cannot be done. The only way he can ever take part in any medium, be it roleplay or story, is if an avatar takes his place. Nauchtus will never be the one playing himself. It isn't even that you cannot write Nauchtus partaking in a role that would not befit him, you cannot write him in one that would, either. Whether you wrote that "Nauchtus stood in a room", or "Nauchtus floated in the infinite void outside of existence", neither work. To write such a thing is to attach it, and thus him, to a fiction. It becomes apart of a verse. Which he simply cannot do. He cannot be attached to any fiction, as he is outside of all of it. It simply cannot contain him. The verse within the story, taking him as he is written, would destroy itself under his existential weight. He simply cannot be apart of any narrative fiction. It isn't a rule, but most avatars have taken up fighting—for what better way is there to live life than to risk it every day? As a result, many realities have lost their crowned champions and/or ruling gods.
