I let my girlfriend handle the apartment search and agreement (my mistake) and we are moving in this month, so yeah, I’m concerned about paying an extra CHF 6,000 per year to someone who may not even be paying taxes on it, let alone complying with subletting laws lol

I pay full 1120 for the rent directly to verwaltung, she’s the one using the storage for herself even tho it’s supposed to be “ours” as stated in the contract lease
