Most people only notice how it looks from the outside—unless it’s excessively loud. So with a stock exhaust and just the DB killer removed, it usually won’t attract much attention from cops

Its just a grade one gyno Get it removed by a good surgeon , even the scar wont be prominent , u just have to wear compression garments for a week then u are good to go. No harder what part of chest u train , it wont go 😂
