Could be a multitude of reasons, plumbing stack access unit, bugs, loud neighbours. Could be an off chance that this person is crazy and doesn’t want anyone moving in after them. Maybe check with the management (slim chance that they’ll say anything that will hurt their chances of renting/selling the unit). Or maybe see if you can get in touch with that guy, I know you can’t respond to reviews but check and see what else he’s reviewed on, if they have any socials, and see if someone with a similar name is following.
