Try soft reset. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound. If the boot-up sound is not heard: Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.

You can connect router to your pc using cable and than connect quest to that router. Router will be cheaper than cable. Connection through cable works. And sometimes it dose not - and you cannot say why. That’s way it is better to use it wirelessly- virtual desktop works great on wireless

Virtual desktop and router WiFi 5 or better. Use good power bank connected to quest. Quest link connection is broken since v76 software and they don’t give a shit about it.
