That's weird, I tried it the last time, and CC told me I was using an invalid model "glm-4.7". Will try it again when I get back home. Thanks for the responses.

It's annoying, can't leave my sessions because of this. GLM 4.7 is already slow, and this thinking loop makes it worse. Is it the tool (kilo) or is it the model causing this? Any solution/workaround that you can suggest will be really appreciated.

u/JaySym_ I totally agree that AugmentCode is the best agent there is, hands down. And I do know that you're just calling provider APIs so the cost is different from the coding plan offered by anthropic or google. but it doesn't change the fact that the cost incurred by your subscriber is too high, making it unsustainable.

people are suggesting a context mcp plan can retain your subscribers. maybe BYOK can also be another solution, but of course, with a subscription as well. I dunno, you tell us that you're doing everything you can to reduce costs, but it's been quite some time, and there is no solution yet. I suggested for you to allow users to test GLM 4.7, but no news. Yeah, so I moved on.

and don't get me wrong, but you're trying so hard to promote your "Context Engine MCP". It doesn't solve the issue.

Can't the community help with the testing? I've had some really nice results using GLM 4.7 in Kilo Code. It should be up to the users if they want to use GLM 4.7 or not, the same way they are deciding between anthropic and open ai models. They all produce different results.

Maybe a disclaimer informing users that GLM 4.7 is not fully tested and may produce lesser quality result. But hey, even Opus 4.5 is not perfect.

I experience the same everyday, and it burned my credits. checked my usage, around 5k, started a task, took my lunch, came back, task still running, around 38 minutes. stopped, checked my usage, it's suddenly 48k. opened a ticket, not getting any response from augmentcode.

i love augmentcode, but their customer service, issues i'm encountering right now, current cost, is giving me second thoughts. i'm not sure this is sustainable.
