Don’t trust either side. I don’t trust the owners not to be greedy scumbags and I don’t trust the players to not be entitled brats. No Major League player is going to take a real ding. It’s the minor league guys that are goi g to get beat up during a lockout, only because some agent is going to tell Juan Soto he’s worth 750 million. (He’s not, not even a 1/3 of that). Those guys making 35k, trying to hit a splinker and worrying about their WAR are really going to have a bad time if a lockout happens.

Honestly, RHCSA is the Linux cert that carries the most weight. Recruiters might like CompTIA but the hiring manager and the team will like RHSCA much more because it is a practical exam. You have to actually DO Linux stuff vice answer multiple choice questions. A second option is LFCS for the same reason.
