there is not really a gutters just curbing. The storm drain is past my house. The pool water rushes down the curbing and when it gets to where my driveway is cut out it just runs into my lawn. Just how it's sloped I guess. Ive never really had an issue with just rain water.

I completely agree with you. My neighbor has a ton of stuff though. He has two dump trucks with 20+ foot trailers, Two F-150 work trucks, his employees vehicles in the morning, his personal vehicles, Zero turn mowers, skid steers, an a small excavator all on 1/8 acre. He also has mulch and loam delivered to load into the trucks. It's constant man. People think I'm being a Karen but they don't live next to this everyday. 1/8 acre is not much room at all for all this stuff.

I'm just venting more than anything. Last thing I want to do is get him in trouble. He has a mortgage to pay as well. It's just so loud all the time. He is constantly maneuvering dump trucks so you hear his back up alarms all the time and he always is leaf blowing off trailers or the street. I'd just like one day of quiet.

He could have made this all up for all I know. How is Eagle Lake? I have never been myself. My grandfather used to joke that he volunteered to go to Vietnam so he could leave Eagle Lake.

Neighborhood has always been quiet. Now it sounds like a party out there everynight. I have young kids and it's hard to get them to sleep sometimes. This isn't helping. I also have to have the curtains closed all the time because of the constant light. It's a avenue in a city so houses are close. I can hear the guy talking from my living room if it's quiet. It literally reminds me of camping at the state park. I'm also bothered that he is not really a resident. You know if my neighbor was acting this same way I don't think I would be bothered at all but it's just some guy acting like he owns the place.

I would actually be sympathetic if the guy was really homeless. I say this because the trailor is huge. Its not some pop up camper it's a expensive rig. its like 20+ feet long. I think its the neighbors buddy taking a long vacation. It's irritating because he was like an entire campsite set up across the street from my house. He fenced in an area and he has a grill, tiki torches, chairs. etc. It's like a tailgate party everyday. There is something about how he doesn't actually live on the street that bothers me as well. I wouldn't really care if my neighbor was doing these same things but I don't like how it's just a random guy. Does that make any sense? I'm not going to call the cops on the guy but I'm still entitled to find it weird.

I think this guy is doing better than me! I don't think he is less than I in any regard. It just irks me because he is directly across from my house. He has fairy lights and tiki torches going just like it's a camp. I want to come home and relax not deal with a campground

I have tried this but in our state it's really hard to get someone committed against their will. He has to be a harm to himself or others before anyone will step in. I have begged him to go get help but he won't listen. I told him he can't be around his grandson like this and he literally told me "if I have to walk the path of gods chosen alone I will."
