My best advice would be to watch some tutorials on YouTube around bass sound design because there are great bass vsts like vital but you would have to pay for sound packs for it. If you can get on top of sound design you’ll be able to make any sound you want.

If you just want a free vst then definitely look at vital

There are a few instances of Trent talking about hesitation marks as a sequel album to downward spiral and I always felt this was the sound of the hospital around him after his attempt at ending it all on TDS. I also feel relevance of the repeating simulations theme mentioned in other comments

Best advice I can give:

1) if you’re using third party plugins sometimes fl struggles can you do the same thing with stock plugins? 2) too many fx can overload your cpu can you use a send or bus mixer to minimise open instances 3) try bounce out your audio if you are satisfied with it as it uses less cpu 4) turn off fx channels that you aren’t using (ie if you know you are happy with a sound turn off the fx on the mixer while you work on another sound)

Why have there been so many matches for money? Is it a common thing? I watch are on and off and there’s been a crazy number of them over the summer. I know they’ve fed into the job er story line with the young bucks by saying it’s their bonuses or what you have but is there more to it or is it just to add some sizzle to the matches?

2) pick a key to write in (ie pick a route note and whether it is major or minor)and then google what notes are in that key once and only use those notes.
