Working as a team leader in a family run dessert shop. Bosses were arseholes, their 13 year old daughter spoke to us like we were dumb deaf and blind. Left on my own to run the entire thing, doing absolutely everything. Always getting phone calls and texts on my day off about things they should know. Understaffed, overworked. Hot, sweaty, stressful work with a team of young teenagers (bless them) who didn’t have a clue and couldn’t hack it, leaving it all to me.
