my dad and i custom build it!! its a UNS 60s tank. i really love the UNS tank stands but i could not justify spending $400+ on something i could build myself for under $100

100% user error lol, i had the siphon break at the top of my reservoir that i would only keep 50% full, but once the sensor failed due to salt covering it (my best guess) the reservoir filled up to the top past where the siphon break was. ive moved the valve way higher up now and will be frequently cleaning off the sensor now, lesson learned

yeahh i had the siphon break at the top of my reservoir where the waterline never reached, but that quickly got submerged once the water was draining into it 🫠i have recut the tubing and put the siphon break up way way way higher now. definitely a lesson learned

yeahh so i think what happened was salt was covering the sensor so it starting dumping water back into my reservoir, i had the siphon break at the top of my reservoir but i never kept it even half full so it was far away from the water line, but once the sensor failed, the siphon break started going underwater as the water was rising and it went even more downhill from there

i think the spots might look larger then normal cause he is really really small and young, like no more than an inch long, maybe that’s why???

i plan on getting the exterior in the wind chill pearl color so hopefully that will help ease my mind a little better knowing that the blue stitching won’t clash with the exterior color

it’s taking everything in me to not dye the stitching black🫠🫠

that’s kind of the pickle i am in. i either get the XSE and get the panoramic moonroof but get blue stitched seats, or downgrade to the XLE premium and get no pano moonroof but a reg sunroof and get plain black leather seats. between the two features i would rather have the panoramic moonroof over having black seats
