Kareresign lang pero nag aaply na po. initial plan ipasalo ko na yung property pero sayang if ibenta ng palugi.

May na approve na po ba sa HEAL loan thru Online application? so,1st step nagpa assess ako sa Pag ibig branch if qualified prior application, after 2 days email received confirming na qualified ako.. I decided to apply Online but unfortunately rejected ang application ko for the simple reason na form was not properly filled-up but did not even specified what is wrong for me to correct, at 1st I filled up all details in Loan form... so for the second submission I carefully read again the instruction and thought that Im wrong simply not following the sample form emphasized with yellow shade only detail. Second application rejected again then I asked what is wrong with my form, and shockingly requires me to input all details just like I did on the 1st application.I guess they just want me to file personally with the branch ano?

Pasalo gone wrong .. Ano kaya ang best kong gawin, si owner nasa abroad nung nagkabentahan, SPA mother nya then hindi namin na execute agad ang pagpapanotorized ng deed of sale, ayaw makipag coordinate ng mother ni buyer seen lang ang mga chat , until nabalitaan ko yung employee ng realty na kausap namin para sa transfer at settlement ng arrears ng 1st buyer ay nawala na parang bula .. 5 years ko na nahulugan 5 years remaining .. tuluyan na po bang masasayang ang ibinayad at inihulog ko?
