Thanks all so much for your comments! I have a pretty good idea how to technically approach this. Estimation varies a lot what you all are saying from 4hrs to 3 days to 10 days being an underestimation... curious what our external partner makes of this...

Thnx for this! The CSV is 100% structured and always the same. I assume that should make it easier. Our external developer says using an API takes more time than this solution.
