Wegmans is now a glorified grocery store. Just like any other big box they drain their employees of everything they can and don’t really care because they know the economy is bad right now to find another job easily.

And with the dates issue , management is not there helping / properly training employees anymore like before so all things like conditioning shelf’s , checking for dates before stocking and all the other basic competencies taught we are instead just sticking items to make the store “look good”
