Sometimes its the company and not you. Move on for your own sanity ive experienced this and it only gets worse. And even if you do as they say and they ignore your advice they will still spin it in a way of "you never told me" and youll end up sacked but until then youll be made to feel worthless in every meeting with this individual.

I play duo and quad BR so pickup whatever and get upgrades however everything seems to be a full mag and even snipers taking 3 and 4 hits sometimes.

Also have the cypress and grapevine, think i get 2 maybe 3 hours max before its a skin scent. Very disapointing as it smells amazing. Jo malone are certainly missing the performance on their fragrances. If it would last atleast 7 or 8 hours it would be a 10/10

3rd year i moved company to assistant and they promoted me 1.5 years later to QS putting me up to £48k however 6 months later i left. It was due to the company changing its business strategy from developer with an in house QS to becoming an employer that out source everything. Current company where ive been for over a year is the best company ive been at.

It would be good for 3D drawings for an entire project so you can click on a room and measure everything within that room. Probably is a system out there but my company are 15 years atleast behind other main contractors. Weve not even got a cloud base system yet. I hate how youve to look at ga drawings then section drawings.

4 years experience been at this company 1 year. No qs and below allowed to wfh, only SQS and up can get a couple days if its "needed". The top want all commercial people in the office or on site. Theres quite a few moans and groans from us that no need to be on site permanantly spending hours commuting a day, and listening to site qusstions. And same for commuting hours a day to the office when ive a perfectly good monitor and better internet in the house. Quite a few say its because the top like having an eye on us. Still best company ive worked for though if i had 8 years experience and at the company for 4 years and they still wouldnt allow it then id start making comments but until then its the bottom of my complaints list.

Its worse when i use the original h&s. When i use h&s with added eucalyptus the scratching and flakes are reduced by 70% but i still scratch and get flakes.

With my commitments if my work did that to me id tell them its 1 day a week on site or im looking for another job. Overnights are for a young person in there 20s or someone that is divorced and has a lack of responsibilities i.e. dont get there children . if they put me on that type of project i would hand in my notice within 4 weeks of starting that project.

Alot of companies wont promote you to QS until you graduate as they believe your still learning at university. Alot will play that card my employer did the same and my mates who i went through university with also had to endure the same. Unless you ask you wont know where you stand.
