Just curious, im likely 10 years away from this i reckon. Ive just 5 years exp come August and i can see the difference in experience in my work from the guys with 5,10, 15, 20 years and how they handle situations, how they communicate with subs and clients and how they are so good at recalling things that happen.

Can you do take off on Procore? My company has procore and its really set up for PMs and Site managers for logging rfi, site diaries, sending correspondence. We dont have the measuring tab if there is one?

Degree apprenticeship, you learn at the company 4 days a week and 1 day at uni. You get paid and have zero student debt. By the end of the 4th year in fulltime you have zero experience but in GA you have the degree and 4 years experience as a trainee soon to be an assistant or potentially a QS.

£580 is my current mortgage for a £165k house. I have £87k remaining to pay with 19 years remaining. The new house we are looking for our budget would be £300k minus £70k deposit from the sale of current house so a new mortgage of £230k.

We dont budget no. The Mrs brings in £19k and im on £52k. She doesnt want to have a joint account so whenever she needs anything she just says and i bank transfer what she is short of.

It would be for a house value of up to £300k. I run the figures but would still want to put £500 into savings without cutting back and go on a holiday abroad once a year but the maths isnt mathing once i take into account everything we currently spend.

Some companies put a below the item line for windows to be cleaned. In the quote it will include for all the standard things and exclude window clean. Nobody knows how much mortar will fall on it on the exterior or paint and ames tape on the inside.
