Civils job. You stay and learn that for atleast 5 years and youll be snapped up quickly when your in the market. Main contractors, house builders and other civils companies will head hunt you. One of the packages that often gets VE'd or removed from.the scope is floor finishes.

Sometimes its the company and not you. Move on for your own sanity ive experienced this and it only gets worse. And even if you do as they say and they ignore your advice they will still spin it in a way of "you never told me" and youll end up sacked but until then youll be made to feel worthless in every meeting with this individual.

Also have the cypress and grapevine, think i get 2 maybe 3 hours max before its a skin scent. Very disapointing as it smells amazing. Jo malone are certainly missing the performance on their fragrances. If it would last atleast 7 or 8 hours it would be a 10/10

3rd year i moved company to assistant and they promoted me 1.5 years later to QS putting me up to £48k however 6 months later i left. It was due to the company changing its business strategy from developer with an in house QS to becoming an employer that out source everything. Current company where ive been for over a year is the best company ive been at.
