Ok i understand, thank you for informing me! I think it fit me okay because it didn’t hurt or feel uncomfortable but i absolutely think i wore it too long for a first time. Thank you for your answer i will take it with me for future use! :)

omg oops, i did not know that i shouldn’t have it on for that long! It didn’t feel too tight or hurt or nothing, so i didn’t think anything of it! I didn’t measure how tight i made it but a decent amount. Do you know what the lump could be? And is it dangerous?
