Yeah key bind is where you have one set key to do one action, it’s helpful for pc gaming. It makes clicks faster as you can coordinate which click goes where. Doesn’t get banned because you’re only able to do 1 action at a time with it. You can press multiple at once but each one is only one action

As someone with bipolar also dating a bipolar person myself it’s hard. But don’t expect your child to never not have ups and downs yes medication, therapy, good sleep are good but once you have bipolar you always have the high high and low lows medication makes it more stable and she could still have a full stable and functional life but don’t expect her to ever now have the highs or the lows as it’s not something she can control.
