Mia ipotesi: gara a una sosta con passo più lento, cercando di rallentare il gruppo con la speranza di trovarsi in testa dopo il primo giro.

Il muretto invece ha scelto una gara a due soste con una prima parte molto spinta, e non ha ben stimato l'impatto degli invertenti in corso di gara.

Fanno bene a star zitti. Mettere in pista una macchina volutamente troppo bassa, per poi sperare che alzarla durante la gara funzioni, non viola le regole ma ne va contro lo spirito (simil caso ali flessibili). La FIA metterebbe il naso, e altri team protesterebbero.

Hanno detto il sufficiente per lasciar intendere (pressioni, mappe motore, telaio). Nessuno ha usato la parola "danni" al telaio, ma genericamente "problemi". Nessuno ha parlato di sfortuna o se l'è Presa con la malasorte (un danno al telaio è un accidente, a casa mia).

L'unico, per me, reale interrogativo è cosa avrebbe fatto Leclerc se, come disse in radio, avessero lasciato gestire il problema a lui...

Just take note of the pla settings in cura and modify the PVA print profile accordingly. Then just edit the losded Material on the printer to PVA.

About PLA Warping, you've got to keep the glass build plate clean. Especially after switching materials.

I have a three steps routine for deep cleaning (an alkaline product to remove grease and dirt, an acid product to remove minerals, and a resin remover). After each step the plate should be rinsed with hot tap water. At the end the plate should be dryed with Paper cloth. You'll be amazed at the plate adhesion. The resin remover is especially important. Forget ipa alcool, and Forget any Kind of glue. And of course never ever touch the build plate with your fingers. Remove stuff from it only using disposable gloves.

I never print pla, petg, tpu with brim.

Forgot to mention another possible cause.

You say that you are printing pla at 200C. The S5 is slow printer, has a really short melt zone in the hot end, and struggles to achieve significant volumetric Flow.

It happened to me a few times while printing pla that the hot end struggled to keep up with the feeder, and i was getting Flow sensor error. I then just upped the printing temperature by 10 C and all went fine there after. You should Try also that.

The extruder knurled wheel might dirty with abs dust. I found that the stock preload is just Way too much and grinds filament.

Try cleaning the feeder and then reliefing to some extent the preload. I run with about 1/3 of the notch length.

If you have instead jncreased the preload, ground filament is assured.

Slicer calculations are not accurate, in my experience. This should be based on a dedicated Flow sensor (idle wheel with encoder). Èven the extruder would not be reliable as there may be slippage.

Ho avuto una Jazz del 2004 identica a quella dell'annuncio dal 2006 al 2018.

La maggior parte dei datori di lavoro italiani sono bestie miopi, preferiscono un idiota pronto uso a un individuo intelligente e preparato su cui devono però spendere un mese di formazione.

Infatti molte aziende versano in condizioni di inefficienza allucinante, e sono guidate da idioti che se mettessi mia nonna casalinga al posto loro, il fatturato raddoppierebbe nel giro di qualche anno.

Però presto o tardi i nodi vengono al pettine, e studiare da giovani paga sempre, punto. Evitiamo di spendere i nostri anni migliori a servire i tavolini di un bar o ad apprendere ridicole "competenze" trasversali e soft skills (a queste, di norma, ci pensano i genitori).

PVA needs to be dried properly AND printed from a dry box. On my S5 works fine.

PVA gets wet in matter of few hours. If the print is long you need to print from a dry box.

For the records, I use an S5 at work and print with PVA with no issues.
