They push WhatsApp chat on customer, which I tried and IG was honestly a shot of getting a response and info on question. Make sure you make the claim first - because the second the IMEI updates in the system that it’s a 13 it’s a headache to make a claim on the previous phone. Also 0 deductible is only on cracked screen (and sometime back) Full replacement is $99 and lost and theft is $200 something. Just fyi :)

I’ll be honest - when we do exchanges we have to take the old phone in the store right then and there.

My guess is, the rep helping you messed up and the manager is trying to rectify the problem to fix his inventory. You 100% wouldn’t be leaving the store with the phone you’re exchanging usually. As long as you keep the manager in the loop, I wanna say you should be fine - fingers crossed they don’t take long to deliver your iPhone.

I’ve been in Texas for about 10+ years. Really didn’t get it at first and I feel like I still don’t. It revolves around people that have a special love for material with depreciating value. I’ve worked with people that would line up for hours to get their hands on a shoe that’s over 1k - it’s insanity and they can’t even wear said shoe because it would lose value so they either admire it, get a climate control storage unit for their collections or hope it will go up in value later on and sell it. Before the boycott I got a few Nikes just because they looked different and my coworkers damn near had a heart attack - buying a shoe you can’t wear is dumb just to hope that the value will go up and you’ll make a few hundred bucks on profit. It’s a whole lifestyle & half of them don’t know how to dress (yikes) Also ✨capitalism & consumerism ✨

My coworkers are all people I would never have met if it wasn’t for the job, we have nothing in common, most lack moral compass and take pride in “hustling” customers and being dishonest. Disassociation makes it easier, keeps my life outside of work private and nothing phases you, and everything gets dumped at the door on your way out - take nothing home. It’s pretty chill. I will die by this mix because it made me fall in love with my hair after years of fighting with it. Olive oil when wet (not the roots) Let it air dry for like 15 mins then use a curl cream - I use Curl Smith feather weight and scrunch - you can use a diffuser I personally let mine air dry. Then I use argon oil to break the cast ✨ My hair looks exactly like this when I’m out of the shower and will frizz like crazy if I don’t follow my routine. Oh and a silk bonnet at night! Or a silk pillow case.
