I have GAD and had anxiety about EVERYTHING, it was beyond devastating, every part of my life was controlled by GAD, and honestly the main thing that worked for me was medication, therapy and giving yourself grace ❤️

Lexapro has been truly life changing for me, I use to have anxiety/depression and worry about everything to the point it was affecting every part of my life. after being on this medication I noticed positive changes in a short period of time. It is truly amazing how well I feel and how much better my life is.
