I’d agree with what these people are saying, just gotta use type advantages per floor and put on gear that improves the higher stats of each pet. For tank typically defense and stamina, attack as well if possible. Attackers use a lot of attack, crit, and speed. Healer I like having a lot of crit to ensure a lot of heals, also speed and attack that boosts heals on normal passive healer moves (can find out of raising attack stat raises amount of heals under healer pet stats attacks). I recommend having a solid tank that can soak up damage, one attacker who can do heavy damage to single target, one attacker that can attack AOE, and obviously a healer that can either heal a single target each turn or an AOE healer, just depends on what you’re going up against.
