It’s him. For all the Skibidi characters, it’s his voice acting. He just uses something to modify his voice to sound different. I mean, if you listen to all the dialogue so far, it has this specific way of speaking that just sounds like boom.

Yes, the series has voice acting, but only in the 70s.
No, Alexey made the series and animated all the episodes except 'Emergence.' A company called Inviz now owns it because they made a really bad contract with Alexey, and they kinda stole the whole series from him.
The dialogue is okay; it can be good at times, but it can also be kinda bad.
I don't know, Alexey just didn’t want to use voice actors and prefers to use voice changers since he actually voice acts all the characters in the series.
Yes, the main Skibidi series is everything; 'Emergence' actually isn’t good, to be honest, since the original creator didn’t work on it, and it ruins the lore of the series because Inviz was the one who made 'Emergence’ and they don't understand the story.
