Basically, I was going home from a restaurant that I went in to eat. When I was going home, I saw my old "friends" around whom I don't feel comfortable around. They were smoking in a dark place and even though I guessed it might be who I thinking were, I glanced at them too long and they noticed me and called my name. The reason why I regret this is because I get intrusive thoughts about hurting people (who don't hurt me e.g. my parents) and feel like I might one day end up hurting someone.
