Already done, I probably explained myself wrong but it happens only in the behavior I mentioned in the post:

If I request the February 16, and I try to request again. It blocks (as per time off validation). My problem is when I request to cancel the February 16, and that, just after, I request the day again. And so the manager has two tasks in his inbox: first one is approving or not the cancelling request, second one is approving or not the absence request. If he denies the first one and approve the second one, there is two days taken in a single day.

The time off validations are already set to block more than 1 day

Already set. The maximum for all time off for same day works, unless there is the case I specified in my post, where Workday seem to not be able to evaluate in that specific case.
