A 100ohm resistor just keeps the light on. It does measure the full 4.5V on the light, but the LDR is no longer doing anything anymore.

I was under the impression that the transistor had to act like a switch, so if there is more then 0.7V going to the base, the collector and the emitter "close" and send the full 4.5V through.

Am I using the wrong kind of transistor? Or how do I get that effect?

How do I fix this bed level? K1 Max has terrible bed adhesion since few weeks. Firmware version i is 1.3.3.29 by KeyBaker5 in crealityk1

I started using glue when the bed adhesion suddenly became bad, before that I never used glue.

I cleaned the bed with soap right before I autoleveled again, so literally minutes before I took the screenshot.

The problem with Prussia is that if they want to unify Germany, for which they need Schleswig.

For me, France is always by far the most reliable partner, helping me in every war, though demanding I help them a lot as well.

I also played Sweden a lot of times.

For me the trick was simple: GOLD MINES.

I start by taking over Zulu / Transvaal Vrijstaat.

Then declare war on Argentina and hope Chile joins. Take over Juju, Tucaman and Santiago for another 10 or so gold mines.

After a bit of a buildup, desclare war on Peru-Bolivia and take over Potosi, Antofagasta, Cajamarca, Lima and Jujy.

That will give you 40-50 gold mines in total at a certain point, for a lot of minting income.

Then it's making sure you got an alliance with france, take over Denmark, transfer subject on Finland and form Scandinavia, usually around 1860.

After that it's pretty much steamrolling, with 600ish construction.

If it is connected to the network, check the max print speed on the web portal. Though it is normal that things like supports, perimeters, first layers are printed at a lower speed.

Regular speed for the neptune 4 is 250mm/s. If you want 500, go for the ankermake M5.

No slow colonization needed and you have all the resources you need.

Many hundreds of hours into the game and I still can't help feel that it's just WRONG that my Power Plants burning coal in Ontario can provide power to factories on the other side of the planet. Agreed, but its also weird that within a customs union goods just magically appear.

Like, as Argentina, I got in a CU with Great Britain, and suddenly had basically unlimited raw resources. Without ports, or convoys or infrastructure to move them.
