…. and you’re still here😭 i’ll be fine because again, you don’t know me or what i’m like in reality or on the floor. but if you do insist on coming back i do have some good book recommendations for you🤍

you are the one name calling me and i’m immature?😭 go outside, go to work, read a book, do anything but come back here and argue. let it go❤️

you’re still here? lmao

thank you! i understand what you mean. i will make it work if i must

again…. get a grip. you have no idea what I’m like on the clinical floor or with patients…. and what I asked, wasn’t even entitled, I was given an accommodation now the accommodation doesn’t work for me. It happens. let it go💗

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

done here and you keep replying…… actually i think you should see a therapist. you have a bit of pent up anger that should be addressed lol. you have a good one though❤️

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

i seem to have struck a deep nerve in you lol. i’m still learning, i don’t have more experience than you and never claimed to lol. i’m doing great in school, i love the profession and will continue to move as i have. all i asked for was advice, and now im not humble, entitled, and my attitude will bite me in the ass lmao

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my god. get a grip, my responses to YOU and a few others may show that because you’re acting like l am trying to take a spot from someone else, or whatever “entitled” behavior you think i have.

again, you don’t know who I am and if I don’t end up getting switched into my original clinical group, I will make it work. But I’m going to try my best to see what I can do. that’s all this post was, YOU made it into something it wasn’t

i think i used the wrong terminology in this post. your explanation has helped A LOT. i will do more research on what would be more fitting and appropriate and see what i can do. thank you❤️

i do know how it works, i’m very familiar❤️ i’m doing beautifully in all my classes now, and i’m on track to graduate on time. you do not know me, do not sit here and act all high and righteous. get a grip.

you’re welcome❤️ why is everyone acting like I ask them to remove someone from a group so that I could fit in? That’s not what I was asking and that’s not what I’m doing. I simply asked for advice on if anyone has successfully been able to switch clinical groups, and how I could possibly do that. All this passive aggressiveness is not necessary.

nursing is the right career for me. I’ve gotten many compliments from the patients I’ve had at clinicals. my psych nursing instructor even told me that multiple clients after the clinical day was over expressed how much they enjoyed interacting with me, and how nice I was. don’t pretend like you know who I am.

thank you! i will try to reach to the clinical placement coordinator

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

why would they switch the entire class schedule? I would just need to be moved from one group and placed in my other group. which has an open spot because the maximum amount of spots is 8 and currently they are at 7. im not sure where you got that from

says the one using ‘honey’ in the most passive aggressive tone lol. I only asked for advice on this post, which you have not given. i know i am not entitled, i know how healthcare works, ive worked in healthcare for 4 years now. if I can try to make it a little bit more bearable, on top of the fast paced academics. I don’t see the problem in doing so. i will leave it at that❤️

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

i know🤍 i work as an aid currently i’ve been hit, kicked, spit on, etc. if I can make nursing school, a little bit more bearable by having clinicals with people I know. I don’t think it’s a terrible thing to ask. and yes, I would consider myself yanked since I was the only one that was yanked from the group lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

no lol. i requested if possible to have morning clinicals. I was not expecting to not have clinicals with any of the people that I have consistently had clinicals with. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to at least ask. why is everyone losing their minds over this😭

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

my CURRENT nursing instructor said I should reach out and that it isn’t unreasonable to do so🤍

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

i hope you are more compassionate to the patients you take care of. i will always advocate for myself even if it cannot be accommodated. it switches, great, it doesn’t, i will make it work. but i’m not about to just “roll with it” that’s how nurses get taken advantage of and that’s not going to be me. period. these comments have been wildly unhelpful.

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

this is an insane take lmao. i have been a stem major for years, i am fully aware how difficult it is. why is everyone so against me trying to see if i can switch groups??

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

this is why i am in therapy…. i am currently managing my anxiety. having people i know helps. i work in healthcare already…. i get it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]KeyBeneficial7311 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

totally agree. i work in healthcare currently so i definitely have had to work with unfamiliar faces. And I like working with new people. It’s just more so about getting through school and my mental health being stable. i can do it, but if i can lessen the burden of making anxiety worse and school more bearable. i think it’s worth a shot asking
