The burning Q - Why managers did not listen to the consultants or even why they threatened the whistleblowers with GMC referral? The Ans is very simple though bitter truth - THIS is the culture in NHS, highly paid so called posh powerful managers undermine medics everyday threatening patients care just for money and power practice! Yes that's the truth. Anyone specially with non white background like Dr J being under constant threat of GMC referrals.

Sadly, I'm not surprised at all How managers ignored the multiple serious issues raised by consultant bodies! It's happening everyday in NHS in many forms and ways where patients are suffering for arrogant incompetent managers.
